We’re First Media South, Home of Rock 103, Georgia 104.5, V101.7, 1077 Now FM, 99.3/ 1590 WALG, and we’re growing. We’re hiring a Business Development Rep to bring on new clients and manage existing relationships across our broadcast, digital, and print platforms.

The Role
This is a consultative sales role. You won’t be pushing a single product - you’ll be building customized advertising strategies for local businesses and then selling them on the investment.
Day-to-day you’ll:
• Prospect for new clients through face-to-face outreach and community
networking
• Conduct Customer Needs Analyses to understand each client's goals and
challenges
• Develop tailored multi-platform advertising solutions (TV, Radio, Digital, Print)
• Present proposals to business owners and decision-makers, often in group
settings
• Manage and grow an existing book of accounts
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
• Proven ability to find decision-makers, build trust, and close business
• Strong local network or connections in the Albany-Tifton market (a big plus)
• Experience in negotiation and new business development
